Frequently asked questions

Delivery, payment, minimum orders and packaging — the essentials. Anything else, just ask us on WhatsApp.

What is the minimum order quantity?

For retail there's no minimum — order a single 5 kg or 10 kg pack. For wholesale pricing, the minimum is typically 10–25 bags depending on the variety; message us for the exact slab.

How do I place an order?

Everything runs through WhatsApp. Browse the catalogue, tap “Get Price” or “Order on WhatsApp” on any product, and your message opens prefilled. We confirm the current rate, quantity and delivery, then share payment details.

Which areas do you deliver to?

We dispatch pan-India. Local orders around Gangavathi/Koppal are delivered directly; elsewhere we ship by full-truckload or part-load freight, with charges quoted upfront.

What payment methods do you accept?

UPI, bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS) and cash on local delivery. Wholesale orders are invoiced with GST. We share payment details on WhatsApp once your order is confirmed.

How is the rice packed?

Retail packs come in 5 kg and 10 kg pouches; bulk in 25 kg and 50 kg PP bags. Every bag is sortex-clean and batch-stamped for traceability.

Can I get a sample before a bulk order?

Yes. For serious wholesale inquiries we send a small sample so you can check grain quality and cook before committing to a full order.

Why do prices change?

Rice is an agricultural commodity — rates move with the season and mandi prices. That's why we quote a live price on WhatsApp rather than list fixed prices that go stale.

Do you supply restaurants and canteens?

Absolutely. A large share of our wholesale supply goes to restaurants, canteens and caterers on regular reorder schedules. See the Wholesale page to request a quote.

Still have a question?

We’re happy to help with prices, samples or a custom bulk requirement.
